NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT

Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be in a regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. in the District Office Board Room, located at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075.

Meeting Agenda:

1. Declaration of conflicts of interest.
2. Approval of meeting minutes of the meeting held April 11, 2024.
3. Public Comments:  Individuals from the public may address the Board of Trustees at this time. Comments should be limited to three minutes and participants should state their name for the record. The Board of Trustees cannot take action on items not listed on the agenda.
4. Consideration of approval of Davis School District Field Trip Program – Annette Fonnesbeck, DSD and Preston Lee, WIWMD.
5. Engineering and construction update – Darren Lowe, Jacobs Engineering.
